Riding for Callum xx
Story
This marks the 10th anniversary of the Sydney2CAMberra charity ride and I am proud to say that I have ridden in each and every one. Unfortunately COVID has gotten us again and the ride will be a bit different. None the less – I will still be riding the 325kms, I will still be raising awareness and much needed funds for Red Nose and the Stillbirth Foundation and most importantly I am riding with my son Callum.
Our firstborn Callum was stillborn on the 8th June 2010. We were 35+5 weeks pregnant. The pain of not bringing him home lays deep with us and will do for the rest of our lives.
Each year my family and I return to the Sydney2CAMberra ride in honour of Callum. We also return to raise funds for two important charities who are tirelessly researching and supporting other families who experienced such a loss. Your support in helping us do this would be much appreciated. No other family should have to go through what we have.
