Trish Rossiter – Riding with Audrey and Oscar
Story
This year, I’m again riding with two angels in the Sydney2CAMberra, my precious niece Audrey and my dear friend Michelle’s son Oscar.
Audrey would be nine this year and my brothers and I have been participating in the Sydney2CAMberra ride each year since 2013, riding together as Audrey’s Dad, Uncle and Aunt. Oscar will be three, and is so very missed after also arriving sleeping in August 2018.
Currently, six babies are stillborn each day in Australia. This event is a beautiful way for us to honour Audrey and Oscar, but also raise awareness and funds for the Stillbirth Foundation and the amazing work this group does.
Your support in remembering Audrey and Oscar, and helping to make a real difference for people affected by stillbirth and SIDs means the world to us and is appreciated beyond words.
